There are two sections with subparts to the sections for this project.
Section 1
You are to take the self-scoring seven habits profile (I have completed the document and included it). You are to reflect on what the results might mean about your leadership style. Reflect on all nine categories. Be descriptive and provide examples.
I took the self scoring seven habits profile, and I included it with the references. My scores averaged from fair to very good. My weaknesses should be considered in the fair range. Discuss how I can improve them. Also you can discuss what an interesting self-assessment the seven habits profile is.
This section should be 3 pages long.
Section 2 (this section has several parts to it)
In this section, you will evaluate strengths and weaknesses noted on the self-scoring seven habits profile and use a leadership theory.
Please use only the Transactional Management Theory throughout this section.  It is very important that only 1 theory is used, and I would like Transactional ManagementTheory only be used.
Part A: evaluate 3 strengths you demonstrate as a leader using the leadership theory that you have chosen. My strengths on the seven habits profile are in the 4 and 5 range which is good and very good.
This part should be 2 pages long.
Part B: evaluate 3 weaknesses you demonstrate as a leader as noted on the self-scoring seven habits profile. My weaknesses are the things in the fair range which is rated as 3 on the profile.
This part should be 2 pages long.
Part C: in this part, you need to look forward and plan for your development as a leader. Recommend 3 specific actions that would help you maximize your success in managing organizations and leading people. Your recommendations will address your leadership weaknesses. For this part, just discuss the actions that I can take to improve my weaknesses.
For each recommendation include the following: 1) recommendation and supporting theory 2) the performance gap the recommendation will address3) the outcome of putting the recommendation interaction.
This section should be 2 pagesInclude at least three scholarly sources to support leadership strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.
Part D: in this part you will set SMART goals for yourself. Goal setting helps break down a larger initiative into manageable accomplishments. Identify 2 skills, behaviors, or practices you would like to master in the next month. Take those two goals and apply SMART criteria. These goals must be leadership development goals. Remember that SMART is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound.
You will need to discuss at least two specific actions you will take to reach each of the Smart goals discussed in Part D.
This section should be 2 pages long.
