The Alston Wilkes Society Supportive Services for Veterans & their familes was created to address the ongoing need to assist Veterans who are facing homelessness in the community due to economic hardships or unemployment. Although we are helping many Veterans there are still many veterans who are unaware of our program.
Intervention:Â My intervention will be to create an outreach program via internet through social media to strengthen the community tools in reaching the veterans. My target population will be the veterans.
