After reading about gender relationships, marriage, grief, loss, death, redemption, beauty, triumph and a whole host of other very human experiences. What has this done for you? Has it changed your perspective on life in any way, or has it confirmed it? What is the point of reading literature, anyway? Why are stories important?

1. Explain why we continue to tell stories after thousands of years. please Use at supporting detail from the text in your answer. (Remember that what we think of as novels and stories were first told as epic poems). Why are they so powerful, and what do they give us?
