The presentation will be evaluating each member’s individual presentation skills, as well as the team’s analysis and response to the case study.
Presentation skills result in the impression you create in your audience, through your dress, hygiene, tone of voice, observed level of confidence, non-verbal communication and the sense of pride you convey in your team, your message and yourself.
50% of the presentation mark will be based on these skills, and will be an individual mark for each member of the team.
Your team’s analysis of, and response to the case study will be based on:
– Your description to the class of the situation
– Your resolution to the service problem
– Your demonstrated knowledge of concepts from our class material.
This will account for the remaining 50% of the presentation mark, and will be one assigned mark to all members of the team.
Contract is due November 9th, 2015 – It is worth 10% of your final grades. Do not forget to put a cover sheet when you submit
