The Los Angeles County Coroner ruled the death of fifth grader Joanna Ramos, 10 years old, was the result of blunt force trauma to the head. Joanna died six hours after a school fight with a female classmate, age 11. Her death was ruled a homicide. Do you think charges should be filled against the perpetrator of this crime?
