The 5 W’s Associated with the Evolution of U.S. Offshore Drilling

The paper is to explain what, when, why, who, and where in correlation to the evolution of the U.S. Offshore Gas and Oil Industry. I have an outline and research objective summary for the paper to assist the writer in the direction I want the paper to go. Also, I didn’t discuss this in the research objective or outline but I would like the paper to discuss the offshore supply vessel and drillship companies. To elaborate on that mention the oil companies, which have pushed for drilling in U.S. waters.
