The reflective report is the formal element of this assignment. The reflective report should be used to consolidate all of your learning and personal knowledge management experiences over the semester.
In your reflective report you should refer concisely to Knowledge Management, Personal Knowledge Management and Learning theory – this should be referenced accurately at all times. You should tell of any critical learning/ personal knowledge management moments over the semester and evidence these examples from your e-journal (referencing examples from e-journal can be done by referring to the title of the entry and the date stamp of entry).
Within the formal reflective report you should follow Kolb et al’s/ Honey & Mumford’s learning cycles to reflect on your experiences and critically explore your PKM. The document should be 2500 words
