Identify and discuss three (3) specific communication skills the sonographer, Helen, uses
that if you were the sonographer and had the opportunity to perform the examination
again, you would do differently.

In your discussion list the specific communication skill and discuss how you think the specific
communication skill demonstrated by Helen impacted on the patient. Then discuss what
you would do differently, why you would do this and what effect you anticipate this will
have on your patient.
