– 2400 WORDS EXCLUDING REFERENCES, APPENDICES!!

– PLEASE SEE assessment criteria on pages 16 and 17 of ” unit handbook”

Assignment 1: Individual Reflective Report (40%)
It is suggested, that effective personal management of change is the root to effective organizational change.
This assignment focuses on Personal Change and requires you to consider how your own personal readiness and responsiveness may impact on your ability

to support effective organizational change.

IMPORTANT!!!!!
Your discussion should:
1- Examine the nature of change in the current environment. ( see Adenda for change topic)

2- Explore the factors influencing an individuals’ capacity for change in terms of skills,
attributes, qualities, behaviours etc. and the implications for Personal readiness for change

3- Identify your personal responsiveness to change utilising a range of Inventories,
questionnaires etc. and assess the implications for your ability to support or lead organizational change (see resistance to change topic + reflect

through the activities and questionnaires.)

This should be in the form of a Reflective Report of 2500 words (+/- 10%)

This Report should have the following components:
 Executive summary – a précis or summary of the whole report ( not included in word count)
 Contents Page – with main sections and page numbers
 Introduction – purpose, objectives and structure of report
 Methodology – how you collected the data, what literature accessed what inventories used (How did you gather these data? = questionnaires,
