1. What specific challenges do multi-national collaborative projects pose and how can we try and overcome these problems? Use examples from literature where
possible to support your argument.
2. Discuss how organisational structure can potentially impact on project management effectiveness both in a positive and a negative way. Suggest ways of trying

1. At least find two multi-national collaborative projects as cases to do detail analyze, two multi-national collaborative projects should have a brief overview.

2. Some important challenges factors as culture, leadership, communication, conflict should analyze in detail with case above. Other challenges such as
commitment, team member roles or what you think is important (I will provide you some material, many thanks) (about 600 words)
3. Corresponding with the challenges above, each challenges provide methods or theory to explain how to overcome these problems, if cases provide a
good solution on those problem, write it down and analyze it (about 1200 words)
Topic two
1. What is organizational structure, and what is project management (I will provide some material on this part) 200words
2. Explain the relationship between organizational structure and project management (300words)
3. Discuss how organisational structure can potentially impact on project management effectiveness both in a positive and a negative way. (800 words)
4. Suggest ways of trying to overcome any of the potentially negative impacts. (700words)
