1-Present a critical discussion with regard to the evidence of the need for change
2-Develope a strategy for the proposed change process, accompanied by a critical evaluation of the theory relevent to this.
3-Formulate a plan for evaluation and dissemination of the change, providing a rationale and debate on the evidence for the selected approach.
4-Undertake a critical self appraisal of your own attitude towards change and analyse how this has been developed as a result of undertaking the programme of study
