You will select several foreign markets that the businesses operate and/or sell their
products in. You will then utilize the Hofstede model to make a comparison between the cultural
attributes of those two regions/countries and compare that with the United States cultural dimensions. Besides the U.S there are two countries which they are Mexico and China.There are many tools and resources available to tabulate country cultural

and contrast countries with one another to discover cultural differences.

Once you have illustrated the cultural differences, you will need to discuss what the implications are for
these differences. For example , using the graph above, the United States is very individualistic, and
Mexico highly collective (low individualism). What implications does this one cultural difference have
