1. You will identify a purposeful professional goal related to your educational area:
Identify your subject area content and pedagogy strengths and weaknesses – the goal should be based on your selected school-wide goal and grade level data analysis as well as the modified instructional plan
Identify related instructional topics for inclusion in your professional development plan
2. Publish (by posting to your webpage) your professional goal and your narrative identifying related instructional topics to be included in your professional development plan.
