Activity Description
For this assignment, write a research paper comparing two different organizational conflicts with which you were involved or witnessed.
The first conflict should be one that was resolved appropriately and ended in a win-win.
The second conflict should be one that was not handled appropriately and resulted in negative outcomes.
Provide a detailed description of each conflict, who was involved, and what it was about. Then, compare each of these conflicts in regard to communication, tools, and mediation strategies used. Finally, explain what you would have done differently in the second conflict to make it a positive outcome.
