Which items are not included while calculating National Income?

Such items are not included in the National Income which do not lead to any income generation or do not lead to any flow of goods and services in the current year. Some of these items are:
Capital gains and windfall gains, Transfer payments, Gifts from abroad, Old age pensions, unemployment allowance because they are just like gifts and do not lead to any flow of goods and services in the economy.
Black money income and income from illegal activities because no accounting records of them are available.
Sale and purchase of second hand goods because they do not lead to any flow of goods and services in the current year and their value has already been included in the year in which it was produced.
Services rendered by housewives, leisure time activities like growing vegetables in the kitchen garden because no accounts are available of them.
