Analyze how public policy and regulations are translated in your chosen organization. Explain their effect on patient care and how gaps between practice and regulation or public policy are handled at your chosen organization. (Long term Care, Health Care Acquired Infections, Handwashing)
Write a 350-word executive summary in which you:
• Analyze the regulation, how the organization has interpreted the regulation (i.e., through organizational policy, adoption of EBP), and any gaps.
• Research how other organizations have addressed the gaps.
• Evaluate whether the proposed solution will mitigate gaps or not.
