Refer to the case study you developed in Module 1. (Paper number 1)
• Describe how you could apply the contingency and path-goal theories to your case study.
• Evaluate the appropriateness and shortcomings of these leadership approaches to your case study. Present your analysis in the form of a 2-3 page memo.
Format: Your memo should be in the form of a Microsoft Word document about 2-3 pages long and should follow the current APA edition.
Use more peer review articles and references. Less personal opinion and more research.
