1) Discuss how you would change your organization’s mission to reflect a transformational leadership style. Analyze your organization’s version of transformational leadership and assess how the following organizational behaviors impede or help transformation:

Assess your organization’s leadership practices to identify examples where the leader has effectively supported these organizational behaviors. 2) Discuss the correlation between the Leader-Member Exchange Theory and in-group and out-group linkages. Provide examples of these two kinds of linkages from your current work environment. Describe and analyze how in-group and out-group linkages and leadership style impact each other. Suggest ways that managers and leaders can use the Leader-Member Exchange Theory to improve their own leadership behavior. Support your suggestions with examples.
