The discussion questions for this order are as follows:
1- What are the theoretical bases of trade liberalisation?
2- What are the basic aims and principles of the WTO?
3- Examine the scope of GATT Art XX(B) and XX(G)
4- Examine a dispute in which Article XX has been applied and evaluate the scope of the interpretation of Article (XX). The dispute should be in environmental issue.
