Conflicts are often unexpected, unavoidable and overwelming experiences that each individual indures through life or through their professional working careers. In 5-6 pages students are expected to come up with a case senario preferably from their personal experience, that reflects a conflict in the workplace. What were the consecuences? How did this effect others and the work flow? And how was the issue resolved? Please explaine was the approach succesful or did it end up increasing complications in the workforce? What was an ideal way to approach the matter and why? Through your case senario please refer to all learned objectives and dont forget to provide at least 3 refrences.
