Who is involved? (i.e. employees chef, wait staff, valet etc) Optimal number of people your service can service (number of tables/ people to eat at one
time etc) The operating hours (only on weekends, every day – will you serve all meals? breakfast, lunch dinner etc)

Design your own Brand Name and brand logo- think what you are going to call it and create a little logo design
