Details (How to write report?): The assessment item is based on the case study titled Case Study 3: ROUGH SEAS ON THE LINK650, page #241. Please, check the attached file ‘Assignment 2 Report-Case Study’. The assignment should be a properly constructed academic report. It should contain the following effective SIX steps:
i-Introduction: The introduction should introduce the report, thesis statement (main objective of the assignment) and include your argument. (Around 300 words ±10 %)
ii-Summary Information: Analyse your sources in a thorough literature review. (Around 700 words ±10 %)
iii-Discussion body (IMPORTANT- We are looking for you to research the management literature to help understand what went wrong on the Link360 from an organisational behaviour perspective. Also, answering the TWO discussion questions in case study (page #242), Analysis of case study and Theoretical Support). Here, you have to use headings and sub-headings accordingly to answer the questions. This ideally should be an integrated, well organised review of the articles/book chapters you have selected that address the case. In preparing this, ask yourself questions such as: • Does the paper contain evidence that is relevant to the case? • Does the paper help us to analyse the case and develop solutions to the problems that occurred? (Around 1500 words ±10 %)
iv-Recommendations: Develop a range of options and propose a recommendation for overcoming the problems identified in your analysis (supported by journal articles). (Around 250 words ±10 %)
v-Conclusion: Conclusion should restate your arguments, summarise the evidence and make a conclusion regarding your arguments. (Around 250 words ±10 %)
vi-Assignment Format: The assignment should contain a coherent, but necessarily restricted review of the academic literature. The literature review should be integrated into the assignment, not a separate section. A reference list formatted in the prescribed Harvard style is compulsory.
