a secondary source there to back up the primary source.
The topic of the paper is formal vs. informal communication in an organization. Focus on how effective the two different types of
communication are. Also discuss the importance of the two depending on the environment or situation one may be exposed to. Discuss why it
is important to be knowledgeable in both forms of communication and which one may be better sorted for every day use.
