HEALTHY AGING ANALYSIS

focus on just one (1)
key finding from your interview where you, as a gerontic nurse,
would want to implement an intervention. You are encouraged
to select any aspect of ageing of interest to you. The intervention
you develop must be person-centred and strength-based. It will
be strongly supported by evidence even if it is innovative. The
intervention may be planned for the individual, their carer,
health professional/s, or at the organizational level. The
intervention will reflect on you as a future leader in
gerontological nursing.
This assessment is to be written in report style. First person is
not to be used. You will be writing for a professional audience,
for example the management team of a community health
provider, in support of the implementation of your EB
intervention.
