Analyse the impact of incubation programs (“incubators”) on new ventures. These programs are currently a blackbox when it comes to their impact on the startups. The thesis should analyse the influence in the context of the ressource based view (RBV) and the impact will be messured using a bi-weekly survey of startups in a incubation program. The survey will primary measure the “readiness levels” (technology readiness level, market/demand readiness level, investment readiness level and team development). For team development the dynamic capabilities theory will be applied.
