Major Incident Review
For this assignment, you are required to prepare briefing documents related to a major incident response. The target audience of your presentation is the governmental leadership responsible for coordinating the response. There are three components to this exercise.

A. Disaster Overview: This document should be no longer than 500 words, plus and maps, diagrams, figures required <==add this one.
This is a brief technical description of the nature of the disaster, the location (physical, geology, geo-political, structural, economic/commercial), and the required resources for managing the disaster.
The disaster you select must be real, and this document is intended to brief the leadership within the first 6 hours of the disaster. Clearly identify:
1. What organisation or person is responsible the emergency response (in western Australia WA, this is referred to as the Hazard Management Agency or HMA) to this event and what organisations need to be contacted to support the response and recovery phase?
You need to identify the Hazard Management Agency (HMA) is the Fair and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) going to be the leader for this disaster or another organization. I left this part for you to complete it because I’m not sure about it.
2. What potential hazards are likely to occur because of this event?
Check this one did i cover it or no.

3. Note what type of major incident category this event belongs to and why?
Check this on as well if its not covered from my answer add on it.

Also check the references in part A, if anything need to be reference weather if it text reference or in-text , some of the info in part one not referenced in-text reference.
B. Power Point Briefing Presentation:
This is intended to be the main briefing presentation to responding agency leadership. The presentation should provide supporting documentation to the Disaster Overview prepared as part A. The presentation should last about 30 minutes, and include voice narration recording to support the slides. Add more info and pic on the PPT, also can you please separate the speech part for me and link all the slides on the speech part to make it easy for me when i read and record my voice on the PPT
Also don’t forget to reference the Presentation and please design the PPT
Powerpoint allows you to record an audio track along with your Powerpoint slides. Go to Insert> Audio> Audio Recording (this is the Mac version instructions, PC version may vary).
C. Concept Document
This document includes the most comprehensive support for the disaster response. The formatting must be such as to be easy to use in a hurry, yet technically accurate. Include the following features, as a minimum:
1. Team members
2. The need for the response
3. Response overview, aim, and objectives
4. Response scope
5. Response outline
6. Governance and management structure
7. Participating agencies
8. Public information
9. Evaluation
10. Budget and timeline
11. Point of contact
12. Approval date.
Check all of them and do not forget to add references and also if any part of part C need more info , change or edit
