Students are required to prepare a pamphlet explaining the nature of a particular industrial relations issue (this may be the same or different from that focussed upon in the first assignment) and outlining the parties’ rights with respect to that issue as well as recommendations for addressing that issue. Students will be required to present their pamphlets to class and provide a brief 10 minute explanation during the last two weeks of semester.
