Now, find out the Amazon.com sales for the same period, and explain why they don’t have physical stores. And if (in your opinion) they
should have physical stores, what values can Amazon into their Value Chain to compete in this marketplace. Use Porter’s value chain to
establish your arguments.(What value can be added to Amazon physical retail stores, or bookstores).
