c.    Thorough discussion of the procedures to be used to collect the relevant data/information
i.    How will the research data be collected?
ii.    What steps will be taken to ensure maximum “response rate?”
iii.    What procedures will be implemented to ensure adequate and secure collection and protection of data?
iv.    How will the data/information be coded and/or evaluated?

a.    Are all references listed alphabetically (by the first letter of the last name of the first author) and presented in correct APA format?
b.    Is the research instrument developed for the paper attached as an appendix?
