This assignment is a reflective piece on your physical and mental progress throughout the course. Take a look back and review all of your work to explain to me how you have changed as a result of participating in lifetime fitness.

Use your logs to provide feedback on your mental and physical progress. Discuss your opinions on fitness, the effects of exercise on your mind and body, your perception of yourself as a result of participating in fitness and what you may plan to do to remain active moving forward.

Refer to your goals and discuss whether or not you have accomplished them. If yes, tell me why, how, and what you plan to do to continue your progress moving forward. If no, tell me why and what you plan to do to accomplish your goals moving forward.
