Problem analysis of Alcohol consumption in young adults

This assessment requires you to conduct a problem analysis to inform your proposed solution to a public health issue. The purpose of this assessment is to demonstrate that you have a good understanding of the magnitude of the health issue and the risk factors and enablers that contribute to the prevention and/or development of the health issue. Describe the magnitude of the public health issue (5 marks) • Conduct a problem analysis of the health issue by critically analysing the relationship between known risk factors and/or enablers and the health issue (15 marks) • Drawing on your problem analysis, identify the most appropriate prevention level(s), approach(es), and strategy(ies) for addressing the health issue (10 marks) • Discuss how you could apply relevant disease prevention/health promotion values and principles and/or theories to inform your proposed solution (10 marks).
