“religion” and “superstition”

Paper instructions:

Based on at least two of the primary source readings and two secondary sources, create an argument based on the distinction between “religion” and “superstition” by focusing on one clearly identified (religious) community at a specified period of historical time. Be sure to address whether this distinction, i.e. labeling of a group as religious or superstitious, is appropriate or useful? And also specify for whom might the process of labeling groups (or specific activities) as religious or superstitious be useful and why or why not? The paper is 5-7 pages long, double-spaced and 12 point font (Times New Roman, Arial) and must list a recognized academic citation method on the cover page along with your name and title of your paper.
