3. Additional notes from any research notes available,which help you to understand the following cultural dimension categories:

Take time to compare your individual scores related to cultural categories. These individual scores are found in the table of your Homework 2 document. What is the highest score? What is the lowest score? As you write about score information, remember to include an overview description or working definition of what’s included in the category. Based on higher and lower scores, what aspects of culture are you most likely to find important? Write a section with 1-2 paragraphs about observations of your preferences and expectations related to cultural values.
Review the Hofstede website for the country you researched, PPT assignment. What is the highest cultural category score? What is the lowest score? Based on higher and lower scores what aspects of the country’s culture seem important? Write a section with 1-2 paragraphs about the country’s culture. Remember to begin the section with an overview description or working definition of cultural category. Use Hofstede’s website to help you.
Expand the comparison discussion: Write a new section. First paragraph should answer this question: What categories of culture appear to be more important in showing respect for that country’s culture?
Next, compare your personal highest and lowest scores for cultural values to the country’s highest and lowest scores. What is similar? What is different? Organize your answers into a paragraph for the section.
Then write 1 or more paragraphs about similar scores/values between the country and your personal preferences. Would the similar values help you manage a project in that country? Why or why not? (aim to use an example to help with your reasoning).
