Develop strategies/programs to assist SSS in addressing issues of;

• workforce diversity goals
• succession planning
• becoming an employer of choice
• turnover of staff
How will SSS ensure it can monitor and evaluate workforce trends? How will it determine what they labour supply trends are in the external environment?
How will it monitor the effects of labour trends on demand for labour?
Develop a employee satisfaction survey to determine gauge the worker satisfaction levels? (Minimum of 10 questions).
