You’ve been the CEO of BayView, Inc. for 9 years and you’re tired. Tired and rich. You know it’s time to retire and enjoy your life. You’ve let the board of directors know that at the end of the year, you’ll be leaving. The board asked you to do one last big favor before retiring – they want you to choose your successor. There are three obvious choices. All of them have helped you make the company great. You couldn’t have succeeded without any one of them.
