You’ve been the CEO of BayView, Inc. for 9 years and you’re tired. Tired and rich. You know it’s time to retire and enjoy your life. You’ve let the board of directors know that at the end of the year, you’ll be leaving. The board asked you to do one last big favor before retiring – they want you to choose your successor.
